We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same day or the next business day.
During busy periods, your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information

If you haven't received the products after 7 working days from placing your order, please contact us by sending an email to info@monkeysfit.com.
- Don't forget to include your order number, product, and your name in the email so that we can assist you even better and faster.

something went wrong with the order
1. I'm missing an item from my order.
In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
Once we have received the above information, we will do our utmost to resolve it for you.
1. Received wrong item.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@monkeysfit.com with the following information to ensure we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received instead A clear photo of the item you received,
- including logo Once we have received the above information, we will do our utmost to resolve this for you.
You may be asked to return the wrong item to us, all this information will be sent to you in the email.
ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH AN INCORRECT ITEM MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
2. Received a defective item.
If you believe your item(s) may have been shipped damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@monkeysfit.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of damaged item
- A clear photo of the damage
- An entire photo of the damage, showing the MonkeysFIT logo as well.
Don't worry about returning your defective item, keep it until we contact you about it.
If you contact us about potential damage/defects to your item(s) after 90 days from the delivery date, the item(s) will be considered "wear and tear" and will not be eligible for evaluation.
