Return policy
You can return all items from your order if they fall under our return guidelines. See below for exceptions to this rule:
Return guidelines:
We only accept returned items according to the following guidelines:
- All returns must be scanned by the shipping company within 14 days of delivery of your order.
- You are responsible for your return shipment.
- Clothing labels must still be attached to the item.*
- Clothing must be returned in original product bags (exactly as the package was delivered to you).
- Cannot be worn, washed, or put in the dryer.
- Must not have deodorant traces.
- Must not have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.).
- Must not have human or animal hairs.
- Must not have abnormal odor (perfume, body odor, etc.).
- Clothing must not be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.).
- Items with excessive wrinkles may be refused.
* If the hang tag is loose from the item, please include the hang tag in the return package.
* Sale items and socks cannot be returned/refunded!!
If your return does not meet all of our return guidelines, your return will be marked as 'unacceptable'. If our processing team considers your item(s) 'unacceptable', we will automatically return the non-accepted items to the return address on the shipping label.
- Please note that you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive the returned items and that the return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible if the package is lost. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your order and you will receive your money back minus the shipping costs within 14 business days.

Please include your name and order number on the requested return form, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
- Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Keep any shipping receipts until you are correctly refunded, in case you need it at a later time.
Please note:
- After 14 days, it is no longer possible to request a return.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We offer refunds via the original payment method used to place the order.
- You are responsible for your return shipment.
- Leave all labels and tags attached to the item.
- Place the item in a box or sturdy packaging.
